For over a decade, we’ve been the primary Pregnancy Center in Northeast San Antonio, walking alongside women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. We offer a safe place filled with compassion, care, and life-affirming support—thanks to you.

When a woman feels uncertain about her pregnancy, scared, or alone, your support provides life-changing and life-saving resources completely free of charge. Last year, over 90% of women who received an ultrasound at Horizon chose life for their baby—a powerful testament to what your giving makes possible. And now, with bilingual services and our dad program, your support reaches more women, men, and families than ever before.

Take Layla, for example. Layla came to Horizon overwhelmed and uncertain. She was pregnant and being urged by her baby’s dad to have an abortion. But during her ultrasound, everything shifted. Seeing that tiny heartbeat brought Layla peace. She made the brave decision to keep her baby, even though she knew she’d likely do it alone. She stayed connected with Horizon through our parenting classes until her son’s third birthday—when she proudly “graduated” from the program. At her last visit, Layla said,

“I’d come back and do it all over again. I’ll tell anyone I can about Horizon.”

• Limited OB ultrasounds—often the first glimpse of a baby’s heartbeat
• Mentorship for fathers to grow into their role with confidence
• Spiritual support and Gospel outreach from spiritual mentors
• Private parenting classes tailored to each family’s needs
• Baby essentials like diapers, clothing, and furniture
• Group parenting classes for moms and dads to learn in community
• Professional counseling for trauma, post-abortion care, or mental health
